As per city guidelines, You must fill the consent form or be placed in remote learning classes upon our return.

Families can submit consent using their New York City Schools Account (Open external link) (NYCSA) or
use the COVID Testing (Open external link) page to get forms and information.

Dear Parents

Mayor de Blasio and Chancellor Carranza, stated that elementary schools ONLY across the city will be reopening Tomorrow Monday, December 7^th, I just wanted to take a moment of your time to clarify

That SHALLOW will NOT BE OPEN we will remain ALL REMOTE

The only schools reopening are schools with grades Pre-K to grade 5.

ALL Middle schools (grades 6-8) and high schools (9-12) will continue to conduct remote instruction.

Please know that your child is responsible for logging every morning and completing the Attendance form ONCE DAILY
